We recommend ordering the tamales the sooner rather than later. Our tamales are cyrovac packaged, so no air gets in the packaging. They will last 6 weeks in fridge and 1 year in freezer. Don't wait :)
Our tamales ship frozen in an insulated container with ice packs. Based on shipping method selected for your tamales they may be frozen or cold. Our tamales are fully cooked and cyrovac packaged so no air gets inside. Place in fridge or freezer upon delivery. We require 2 day shipping.
We are working diligently to get orders out as quickly as possible. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F) of being placed with the shipping method selected during checkout. Our small team thanks you for your patience and support during this time. We typically Ship orders Monday - Wednesday at 3pm
Boil in Bag : Place unopened bag of tamales in boiling water, turn water down to a simmer for 20 minutes from frozen and 15 minutes if thawed.
Microwave: Best if thawed prior to cooking. Poke a couple of holes in the bag or make a slit. Microwave 3-5 minutes depending on strength.
Unopened Fridge : We suggest 6 weeks
Freezer: We suggest less than a year
Our tamales are not spicy, but they do have a full flavor. If you are spice lover, we always suggest adding a bottle of Citas Salsa Habanero
