Shipping policy

Please note that shipping transit times do not include order processing time.

Orders placed Monday through Wednesday before 2:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped no later than the following business day.

To help ensure product freshness and prevent spoilage during transit, orders placed Thursday-Sunday will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday. Please note that UPS does not provide standard weekend delivery service. 

*Orders shipping to 1-day ground service areas (North Texas) and orders using Next Day Air may be shipped on Thursdays if received before 2:00 PM CST. 

Important: Customers are responsible for promptly receiving their package and transferring all perishable items to appropriate cold storage upon delivery. The Tamale Company and its shipping carriers are not responsible for packages that are left unattended after delivery, and such situations are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
