Dozen Ancho Pork 

Made with pork that is slow-cooked in our mildly spicy ancho chili sauce and wrapped in our lard-free corn masa, and steamed to perfection. 

Dozen Chicken Tomatillo

Moist and savory shredded chicken with fresh jalapeños, Mexican spices, and tomatillos, creating a delicious tamale wrapped in lard-free corn masa

Dozen Black Bean and Corn 

Black beans + corn + green chiles cooked with an exciting blend of Mexican spices creating a flavor that is new and unique while being completely authentic. *vegan 


Mexican Mayocoba Beans

Seasoned the mayocoba beans in this pouch with a Mexican spin on sofrito, a rich mixture of onion, garlic, and ancho chili powder all gently cooked in extra virgin olive oil. 

Tex Mex Pinto Beans 

We've seasoned the pinto beans in this pouch with a Tex Mex spin on sofrito, a rich mixture of onion, jalapeño, tomato, garlic and chili powder, all gently cooked in extra virgin olive oil.

Cuban Black Beans

Seasoned the black beans in this pouch with Cuban sofrito, a traditional cooking base of onion, green bell pepper, garlic, cumin, and bay leaf, all cooked in extra virgin olive oil.

Stove: Place unopened bag of tamales in boiling water, turn water down to a simmer for 20 minutes from frozen and 15 minutes if thawed. Only 4 or 5 inches of water are necessary as the tamales cook in the bag. Microwave: Best if thawed prior to cooking. Poke a couple of holes in the bag or make a slit. Microwave 3-5 minutes depending on strength of microwave. Caution: Bag and contents will be hot, allow time to cool before handling. If bag is open prior to heating, only cook by microwave or steam. Cook to internal temperature of 165 F.
