Tamale Fundraiser

The simplicity of the program has made it easy to run, and the quality of the product has made it easy to sell. In the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.

 

S I M P L E . 

We have a very simple program. Once you submit your form online (below) for the fundraiser, and we confirm the dates we will send you a order form and custom flyer via email. We sell them to you for $10 per dozen and you can sell them any where from $14 - $18 per dozen. You can run the fundraiser however long you want, but we need 7 days from when you place the order to delivery. 

  1. Fill out a contract
  2. We confirm dates + delivery times
  3. We will send you over PDF files for order forms and flyers. 
  4. Suggested selling time is 2 weeks
  5. Submit your totals (we will send you an online form)
  6. 7 Day turn around
  7. We deliver them frozen in boxes (12x12 boxes, 10 dozen each) with t-shirt bags to help distribute.
  8. Pay upon delivery with check or online with bank transfer.

HOW MUCH DO WE SELL THE TAMALES FOR?

Suggested retail is $14 but you can sell them up to $18 per dozen.  

HOW MUCH DO WE RECEIVE PER DOZEN?

You receive $4.00 - $8.00 depending on your selling price.

DO YOU HAVE TO LIVE IN THE DALLAS-FORTWORTH METROPLEX?

Yes, for the traditional fundraiser and delivery. If you live out of the area, you can do an online fundraiser. Every time someone orders you get  15% off the total tamale sales. 

ARE YOUR TAMALES GLUTEN FREE?

Yes they are!

WHERE ARE THE TAMALES MADE?

The Tamales are made in a USDA Kitchen

WHAT FLAVORS CAN WE SELL?

Ancho Chili Pork, Chicken Tomatillo, Beef Tenderloin, Black Bean and Corn (Vegan)

DO THE TAMALES COME HOT?

No, the tamales come frozen in cryovac packaging that are prepare by boiling them in the bag.

HOW ELSE CAN WE USE THE TAMALE COMPANY FOR FUNDRAISING?

Use our products in your concession stand or your next event.

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR THE TAMALES?

Your orders will be ready in 7days after you submit your order. Delivery date will be agreed on before fundraiser begins.
